A year ago she came over my place and asked me what would make me the happiest man in the world. Hmmm I thought. Lots of things came to mind. A little touch of her essence, and a lot of love is what I was thinking. I told her that I wanted her and I to become one (get married that is).

I had been consulting for an agency when I got the call. They asked me if I was available for another assignment. Naturally I said yes. The pay was a bit more and I was looking forward to a new challenge (ha ha). Funny thing was, is that the assignment was directly down the hall. So I took a minute and walked down to see the office. She was sitting at the receptions desk (office managers') and she was smiling. I think I asked what kind of business it was there. She said it was a pharmaceutical company. I believe I thanked her, got a business card and went on my way.

The next week was when we had our first talk. She was letting me know what the assignment consisted of, and I was absorbing as much as I could. The assignment was enjoyable and the office staff held a unique atmosphere. You have to understand I wasn't use the to corporate structure, but that all changed after a time. Anyway we started to talk (like those before us), and before we new it we were spending more time together than we were aware of.

After a time she had told me that I would have to leave the company, because she was not really sure what she wanted. Funny thing was I remember telling her when we first started talking that after my X, I only would want to have a gal as a friend and nothing else. How about that. Lookie where destiny takes you. Whoknowswhere Land. Of course it was a little frustrating her letting me go and all. But I guess it was for the best. I really enjoyed the time with her, and got to meet her two kids. They were great.

Isn't it interesting how two people get attached. I had assumed that she felt I was getting to close and that it was her time to go on with life. Well I remembered the old saying about "assume". It makes an ass out of "U" & "ME". How about that. A little time thinking about her and how nice it was to have had her in my life. Well God must have had a little favor on me, because she called me a little later on, and said she wanted to see me. We started seeing each other for a time and making memories again. You know the movies, eating out, and actually spending a little time with her kids. Well I apparently had a few things wrong with me. I was a little younger than her.(5 yrs), and my finances were not the best, and still finishing up my degree ($$). These didn't really add up to a whole lot, but I guess I made her happier than she had been for some time. It turned out that every once in a while she would want to be on her own. I think the one time when I thought it was going to be over for her and I, was when we had what I thought was our last moment together. It turned out that she was going to have another child. Oh boy, she was extremely concerned as was I, but you see I've never had any kids, so it was a whole new experience for me.

I found out a little later that she wasn't sure if she wanted to be with me or what she really wanted. I kept getting these little hints from her. Then she said that she had a friend who was married but they could not have children (as far as they knew), and she considered giving the child to them. You could imagine how I felt, never having any children and all. I really wanted to have it all. But it looked like it was all fading way faster and faster. I talked to my source for a time, and then asked her if she would be my wife. The thought of another person having the opportunity that I thought I would never have was difficult for me to accept.

I talked with my source for some time then talked with her. She wasn't sure what she really wanted, and I stressed knowing this. I talked a little more with my source and found that she had it set in her mind to give the unborn one to her friend elsewhere. She said that it would never work with us. There were too many complications between us. This didn't make me feel much better. What a test of faith. Speaking of faith my source said to trust "the source". So I did, and figured out that she was going to have her way. There were other discrepancies involved (that I can't go over) that sort of guaranteed her prevail. These were not really trivial, but more so traditional.

We continued to be friends, and it soon came be the ending of the year. She the kids and I spend the years last moments together. I thought I would never see her again. I told her that I had faith in her and I knew she would make the right decision. After we had parted having no idea what was to become of all this confusion, I talked with my source a little more, and then called it a year.

Wondering how it all turned out. Well if you read the first paragraph it should give you some clue. If you don't quite remember, then talk to your source, if you listen carefully you might figure it out too. See below.....

This is one of many events about the intimate one. She's something else. I know there's a lot to view out there, each in it's own uniqueness. So I'll leave it up to you to return and visit the many eventful happenings with the intimate one. Journal? You might ask - well I'll let you decide that for yourself.
